Mackinzie A. Kline

Mackenzie (“Mack”) Kline serves as Special Referral Counsel* to Salpietro Law Office’s clients in the areas of Oil and Gas, Title, Real Estate, and Corporate law. After working in-house for an oil and gas company in Charleston, West Virginia, Mack returned to the Pittsburgh area to advise his clients about oil and gas leases, royalties, right of ways, and surface use agreements. Mack’s experience with business and estate planning enables him to set up entities such as trusts and family limited partnerships to efficiently own property, distribute royalties, and handle estate matters for land and royalty owners.

 

Mack also counsels clients with real estate needs, leasing, zoning, and title work. He assists businesses with a wide range of issues, spanning everyday decision making to complex strategies such as incorporation, buying, selling, and merging. In In addition to his role as Special Counsel at Salpietro Law Office, he continues to operate The Law Office of Mackenzie A. Kline, LLC in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands area.

 

Mack earned his B.A. in History from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law.
